What happened
I run a small ecommerce brand on Shopify. Around 30-40 support tickets a day, two people handling it. Last year we were drowning. Same questions over and over. "Where's my order?" "What's your return policy?" "Do you ship to Canada?" Stuff that's already on the website but nobody reads the FAQ page. I was about to hire a third person just to keep up.
